Lockdown ejected from the ship to Optimus's location to battle him in person but just as Optimus looked like gaining the upper hand in an evenly contested battle, he was distracted by Cade being held at gunpoint by Attinger and though he killed the CIA agent, the distraction allowed Lockdown to impale him with his own sword.
